This House for Building
Solo exhibition in The Tetley Bar and Kitchen, The Tetley, Leeds, following a 2-month residency at The Tetley residency studio, May-August 2017.
The residency explored the architectural history of The Tetley, and the wider period of art and design during the building's construction in 1931, focusing particularly on modernist screen printed textiles and wallpaper. This was related to the current production of these products through visits to manufacturing partners, who manufactured some of the work within the exhibition.
